We strive to use martial arts training to build leaders every day. Our programs are designed to instill self-confidence and build important life skills such as respect, loyalty, discipline, courtesy, self-control and perseverance.
We have programs for almost all ages. ATA Tigers are for children ages 4 - 6. Karate for Kids are for ages 7-12, and ATA Taekwondo classes are for ages 13 and up.
The ATA tigers program is designed to help young children learn important life skills through martial arts training. We focus on skills such as courtesy, honesty, goal setting, perseverance, self-control and discipline.
Designed for older kids, this is an action-packed program that will instill self-esteem and confidence in every child. Using the martial arts training to build life skills, we also incorporate sparring and self defense training.
Martial arts for adults. This program is designed to increase fitness, balance and strength in every student. The martial arts curriculum will bring out the confidence in yourself, and push you to new goals.

Karate for Kids - White through Green Forms/One Steps - 5:30pm
Sparring and Weapons - 6:00pm
Karate for Kids - Purple and Up Forms - 6:30pm
ATA Taekwondo - All Ranks at 7:00pm
We have programs for one and two nights per week, and include both the forms and sparring classes. Prices are per month.
ATA Tigers - One Night: $25. Two Nights: $40.
Karate for Kids - One Night: $35. Two Nights: $50.
ATA Taekwondo - One Night: $35. Two Nights: $50.
Uniforms are $20 plus tax.
Family rates for lessons are available.
Mr. Carolus is a 3rd degree black belt and a nationally certified instructor with the American Taekwondo Association
Mrs. Linskey-Deegan is a 2nd degree recommended black belt and a specialty trainer with the American Taekwondo Association
